J’apprécie beaucoup ce livre plein de recettes sympathiques et faciles. Il contient à la fois certains plats classiques et d’autres plus modernes et faisant de nouvelles associations d’ingrédients. Un bon équilibre pour démarrer en cuisine.La présentation en gros caractères et en couleurs très contrastées m’a permis de l’offrir à mon Papa qui souffre de DMLA.
