Hailey wants to spend Christmas by herself this year and her friend has just the right place, a log cabin in the middle of nowhere. The perfect place for Hailey to spend some quality time on her song writing.
But time by herself is not really what Hailey gets when she meets Jay and enjoys the warmth of the small community in the village nearby.
This feel good Christmas novel had all the ingredients for a pleasant read. Snow magic, hot chocolate, lovely people and family, even if the latter is a little too interfering sometimes. Nice positive characters, even Hailey’s mother is not so bad after all.
An enjoyable relaxing read on a winter day.
