Molly and Omari Learn Tapping (Patricia Brogdon)

This is a really nice book for children age 7 to 10. It was written in the context of the pandemic, where children had their schooling disrupted and quite a lot of change happened to their normal lives. In this book, we find our friends Molly and Omari learning about tapping and how it can help them relieve fear, stress, sadness, or other uncomfortable emotions. I did not know about tapping before I read this book but I have since then found the practice really helpful. This book brings the benefits of this technique to children and will help many parents too.
The illustrations are nice and the story is well organised to share the learning and ensure the repetition of the technique a few times. It is also an opportunity for children to learn some vocabulary that will be a foundation for their future wellbeing practices.
A really nice little book that will bring children and parents peace and relief in their busy lives.
