I really like the idea of this book to teach children a little bit about Yoga through storytelling. They can relate their experience of challenges they have in their lives with to the possibilities that yoga offers to them to tackle these difficulties.
I found the story pleasant, even if a little complex at times, and using words that are quite advanced. The choice of poses is interesting. Whether the children would be able to relate the practice of these poses to their overall wellbeing and to other aspects of their lives will be a function of their age. The book is recommended for children 6 to 9 years old. I enjoyed the book and it is a nice way to introduce children to yoga and its benefits.
